Legislation - DEC, CRC & EPC

DEC:

DEC’s are required for all public buildings with a floor area in excess of 1000 square meters.

CRC:

The scheme applies to all organisations with at least one half hourly (HH) settled metering point, with full participation required where the HH electricity consumption is in excess of 6000 MWh.

EPC:

Energy Performance Certificates rate the energy performance of a building. These are required for all buildings when they are constructed, sold or rented out.
